Quick Vegan Tiramisu Recipe (Serves 4–6)
Craving something creamy, dreamy, and 100% plant-based? This quick vegan tiramisu made with our vegan mascarpone is the dessert of the season.
Ingredients:

250g vegan mascarpone

200ml whipping-style vegan cream (chilled)

3 tbsp icing sugar (or to taste)

1 tsp vanilla extract
-
200ml strong coffee or espresso (cooled)

2–3 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)

200g vegan sponge fingers (or ladyfinger-style biscuits)

2 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)
Method:

Whip the cream – In a mixing bowl, whip the vegan cream until light and fluffy.

Make the mascarpone filling – In another bowl, whisk together vegan mascarpone, icing sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined.

Prepare the coffee soak – Mix cooled coffee with coffee liqueur (if using) in a shallow dish.

Layer the dessert – Quickly dip each sponge finger into the coffee mixture (don’t soak for too long!) and place a layer at the bottom of a dish. Spread half of the mascarpone cream on top.

Repeat – Add another layer of dipped sponge fingers, followed by the remaining cream.

Finish & chill – Dust generously with cocoa powder, cover, and chill for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
