Ingredients
- 1x The Filet Pink Pepper & Lemon
- 1/2 onion
- Cooked potatoes
- Bread or Panko crumbs (or even those forgotten cornflakes in your pantry)
- 1 tbsp butter
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- For the dip: Vegan mayo, Parsley, Lime juice
Preparation
- Boil the potatoes until medium-soft.
- Fry The Filet until golden, then mash it with a fork (channel all your frustrations here!).
- Mix in butter and finely chopped onion.
- Once the potatoes are cooked and cooled, mash them and mix with The Filet.
- Add bread crumbs until the mixture holds together, season with salt & pepper.
