Delivery Schedule & FAQ's

When placing your order if there is a specific day you would rather receive the delivery please let us know in the notes box. As long as it is one of our usual delivery days (Mon - Thursday) we will try our best to accommodate this.

But if you aren’t home when the delivery is made don’t panic, the courier will leave the parcel in your designated safe place and the packaging and dry ice will keep the products frozen as long as the box isn’t opened. You can advise DHL/DPD of a specific place to leave your parcel, or with a neighbour by following the link on the email or SMS you receive with the tracking.

Please do not arrange for the parcel to be redelivered at a later date as this may result in the products defrosting in transit. No refunds or replacements will be made if you have rearranged the delivery, put the incorrect delivery address or failed to accept the delivery on time.  We want the products to reach you in the best possible condition!

 

Delivery Schedules

Mainland UK (England, Wales and Scottish Borders)

If you place your order by midday Monday to Thursday, (excluding Bank Holidays), we will endeavour to dispatch that same day.

If you place your order after midday, we may dispatch your order on the following working day (Mon-Thu).

Delivery days are Tuesday to Friday.

Monday, Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available.
