Water, WHEAT Protein (12%),Sunflower Oil, Pea Protein (4%), Faba Pea Protein, Vegetable Fibres (Bamboo, Pea), Thickener: Methyl cellulose, WHEAT Starch, Potato Starch, Natural Flavouring, Salt.

Storage & Cooking Instructions

STORAGE: Store in a freezer at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Cook from frozen.
Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Remove all packaging. For best results pan fry.
PAN FRY: Add oil to a non-stick pan on a medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 13 minutes, turn regularly.
OVEN: Pre-heat to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Place the chicken breasts on a non-stick baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes, turn regularly.
