Shipping policy

Orders are generally processed within 1 working day and are sent on express overnight service with DPD. The exception to this is a Friday as no perishables are sent for delivery over the weekend. All orders received after 11am Thursday are shipped the following Monday. 

We use insulation and dry ice to keep the products frozen, all deliveries will be left in a safe place if there is no one to sign for the delivery. You will get an email from DPD with the tracking and you can instruct them to leave in a specific safe place or with a neighbour. Please do not arrange redelivery of the parcel for another day as this may result in the products defrosting in transit.

Min order is £15 with £9.99 delivery, £30 with £4.99 delivery or free over £55.
