Water, Pea Protein (22%), Vegetable Oils (Rapeseed, Shea, Coconut), Thickener (E461), Vegetable Fibres (Pea, Potato), Dried Onion, Vegetable Concentrates (Caramelised Carrot, Beetroot, Carrot), Garlic, Yeast Extract, Natural Flavouring, Salt, Potato Starch, Black Pepper, Parsley, Acidity Regulator (E300).

Storage & Cooking Instructions

Pan/Griddle/Hot Plate: Heat a teaspoon of oil in a non-stick pan on a medium heat. Add the protein pieces, heating for 5-6 mins stirring regularly and then add to your recipe or sauce as required.
When using as a pizza topping product it should be cooked in line with the raw pizza guidelines suited to your ovens/equipment. (timings will vary depending on kit but suggested 6-10 mins)
Keep frozen. Do not exceed use by date
