Frozen vegan chicken-style tenders made with vegetable protein in a crispy southern fried corn flake coating

Storage & Cooking Instructions

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Once defrosted, use on same day and do not refreeze.

Cooking Instructions: For best results always cook from frozen.
Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Place onto a preheated baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 18-20 minutes until golden and crispy, turning occasionally.
Air-Fryer: Preheat the air-fryer to 180°C. Cook Tenders for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy. Before eating let them rest for approx. 2 minutes.
Deep-Fryer: Preheat vegetable oil to 175°C. Fry the product for 3.5-4 minutes until golden and crispy. Before eating let them rest for approx. 2 minutes.
