TVP is a staple in any vegans cupboard. This mince is ideal for adding to nut roasts and Bolognese sauces. For best results pre-soak in hot water or stock to allow the mince to soften and then add to whatever recipe you wish.

Storage & Cooking Instructions

Store in a cool dry place.
For best results, pre soak in hot water or vegetable stock first to allow the mince to expand and soften, then add to your favourite recipe. Or alternatively add water/stock, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes.
