EL BLANCO is part of an ocean-inspired plant-based range, created to capture the delicate texture and flavour of premium seafood. Made from fermented mycoprotein, it offers a soft, flaky bite and a clean, savoury taste inspired by black cod.

Ingredients

Mycoprotein (47,5%) from Fusarium venenatum s.p., water, marinade (water, rapeseed oil, spirit vinegar, table salt,spices, starch, herbs, natural flavouring, spice extracts), rapeseed oil, corn fibers, gelling agents: methylcellulose, carrageenan; salt, DHA- and EPA-rich oil from the microalga Schizochytrium sp., thickening agent: konjac; vitamins (vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12), rapeseed protein.

May contain traces of soy.

Storage & Cooking Instructions

Keep Refrigerated.
PAN: Heat the pan to medium-low temperature and add some oil to the pan. Fry each side for 3-4 minutes with the lid on.
OVEN: Bake with top and bottom heat or convection heat for 14-16 minutes at 200 °C.
AIRFRYER: Preheat to 200 °C and fry for 8-10 minutes.
