Storage & Cooking Instructions

Store Frozen.

In the pan: Sauté in a hot pan over medium heat with a lid for 5 minutes. Then turn and fry for another 3 minutes roast.

BBQ/Grill: Grill on a hot grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
