Storage & Cooking Instructions

Keep Frozen below -18.

Cooking Instructions - General: For best results oven cook from frozen. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check product is piping hot before serving.
Grill - From Frozen: Preheat grill to medium. Place product on wire rack of grill pan and cook for 10-12 mins, turning occasionally.
Oven cook - From Frozen: Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Place product on baking tray and cook in middle of oven for 14-16 mins, turning halfway through cooking.
Shallow Fry - From Frozen: Heat 1tsp (5ml) oil in a pan on a medium/low heat and cook for 12-14 mins, turning regularly.
