 This creamy Italian Risotto meal is loaded with fresh mushrooms and vegetables such as green asparagus, green peas, cherry tomatoes and spring onion. Ready in 8 minutes.

 All the ingredients are frozen to retain the full flavours and nutrients without the use of any preservatives.

cooked Arborio rice (37%) (water, rice), mushrooms (12%), cherry tomatoes (9%), green peas (9%), green asparagus (7%), spring onion (7%), coconut milk (7%) (coconut extract, water), porcini mushrooms (3%), cauliflower (3%), potato starch, parsley, garlic, coconut oil, chickpea flour, pea fibre, nutritional yeast, rapeseed oil, onion, tomato, carrot, salt, sugar, natural flavours, black pepper.

Storage & Cooking Instructions

FROZEN. Store at -18°C or colder.
Add your favourite oil to a frying pan and heat the frozen product on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Alternatively, you can microwave the product.
