 A delicious Falafel Bowl with a Mexican twist! The bowl contains brown rice, quinoa, mini falafel, and plenty of colourful vegetables and legumes such as sweet potato, pepper, broccoli, corn and kidney beans. All of this is mixed with a refreshing coriander lime dressing.

 All the ingredients are frozen to retain the full flavours and nutrients without the use of any preservatives.

Storage & Cooking Instructions

Store at -18°C or colder.
Pan: Add oil to a frying pan and heat the frozen product on medium heat for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Microwave: Place the contents of the bag into a microwaveable container. Cover loosely with a lid to help the pressure escape gently. Heat for 5 minutes on 900W (6 min on 800W or 7 min on 700W.) Stir halfway through.
