 This Lebanese style Falafel Bowl loaded with fresh vegetables, chickpeas, lentils, bulgur and of course mini falafel, all topped with a refreshing lemon and herb dressing.

 All the ingredients are frozen to retain the full flavours and nutrients without the use of any preservatives.

Vegetables and legumues in varying proportions (55%) (grilled pumpkin (9%), cauliflower (9%), kale (9%), chickpeas (8%), lentils (8%), cherry tomatoes (7%), red onion (7%)), cooked bulgur (23%) (water, durum wheat semolina), lemon herb dressing (12%) (olive oil, lemon juice (1%), lemongrass (1%), mint, parsley, lemon peel, garlic, salt, black pepper), falafel (10%) (chickpeas, water, wheat flour, onion, carrot, courgette, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, parsley, coriander, spices, salt, thickener: methylcellulose*, vinegar, acidity regulator: potassium acetates*, natural flavour (wheat), bay leaf).

Storage & Cooking Instructions

Store at -18°C or colder.
Pan: Add oil to a frying pan and heat the frozen product on medium heat for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Microwave: Place the contents of the bag into a microwaveable container. Cover loosely with a lid to help the pressure escape gently. Heat for 5 minutes on 900W (6 min on 800W or 7 min on 700W.) Stir halfway through.
