mixed vegetables (35%) (King Oyster mushroom, closed cup mushroom, Chinese cabbage, edamame (soya), carrot, spring onion), miso broth (27%) (red miso [water, soya beans, rice, salt, alcohol], white miso [water, soya beans, rice, salt, alcohol], mirin [water, rice, alcohol, koji], rice vinegar, water, sesame oil, gelling agent: agar), wheat flour, water, vermicelli (pea starch, water), sugar, ginger, yeast extract, potato starch, garlic, salt, black pepper.

Storage & Cooking Instructions

Cooking Instructions [from frozen]
microwave - Place sealed bag of dumplings in the microwave for 2 mins 20 seconds [900W] or 2 mins 30 seconds [750W]. Remove tray from bag and pierce the top of the dumplings with a fork or chopstick, leave to stand for 5 mins
steam - Place colander/sieve above pan of softly boiling water. Place dumplings in the colander/sieve, cover with a lid and steam for 12-14 mins Leave to stand for 1 min.
pan cook - Preheat pan with 1tsp of oil on medium heat. Add dumplings and cook for 5 mins. Carefully add 4 tbsp of cold water, cover with a lid and cook for a further 6 mins. Leave to stand for 1 min.
