Mushrooms, Water, Pea Flour, Vegetable Oil, Seasoning (Salt, Yeast Extract, Herbs [Sage, Parsley], Spices [Black Pepper, Coriander, Nutmeg], Natural Flavouring, Spice Extract, Red Beetroot Powder), Methyl Cellulose. Filled into plant-based casings.

Storage & Cooking Instructions

Store Frozen.
Grill, bake or shallow fry from frozen for best results.
Shallow fry: Heat oil in a pan to medium heat and cook thoroughly for at least 10 minutes (turning regularly).
Grill: Coat sausages lightly with oil. Heat grill to a moderate/high heat and grill for at least 10 minutes (turning regularly).
Oven: Coat sausages lightly with oil. Place on a preheated baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 16 minutes, turning occasionally. Cook product thoroughly and ensure piping hot throughout.
