Storage & Cooking Instructions

Keep frozen at -18ºC.
Recommended to thaw before cooking. Lightly oil a non-stick pan or grill and preheat to medium-high. Cook each patty for 4 minutes on each side until browned and edges are crispy, and reaching a temperature of 74°C inside.
