Revo’s ‘The Kraken’ once again proves the company’s REVOlutionary reputation – they have outdone themselves this time by crafting delicious Octopus-style ‘tentacles’ from meaty mycoprotein… is there anything this mycelium can’t do?!

Nutritious and full of protein, fibre, Omega-3 DHA & EPA fatty acids, plus amino acids – this really is good mood food!

Serve in vegan sushi, risottos, on BBQ skewers, or even simply with steamed potatoes and veggies – it works especially well with some fresh lemon. Use wherever you would use octopus – the possibilities are endless!

Mycoprotein (48%) Fusarium Venenatum Sp., Water, Rapeseed Oil, Gelling Agents: Carrageenan, Methylcellulose, Konjac, Gellan Gum; Modified Starch, Natural Flavours, Sea Salt, DHA and EPA- Rich Oil from Microalgae Schizochtrium Sp., Acidifier: Lactic Acid, Calcium Lactate; Concentrate of Carrot and Blueberry.

Storage & Cooking Instructions

Store cool and protected from light, between +2°C to +7°C. Once opened, consume on same day.
Oven: Set the oven to 180 °C with both top and bottom heat or convection. Bake THE KRAKEN for 6-8 minutes.
Pan: Heat the pan to medium heat temperature and add some oil. Fry THE KRAKEN for 5-6 minutes.
