Revo’s THE FILET is a world-first innovation, crafted from 3D-printed mycoprotein (mycelium) to mimic a juicy, meaty texture, this salmon-style fillet is truly REVOlutionary. This BBQ variety is a smoky, savoury twist to your regular dinner!

Nutritious and full of protein, fibre, Omega-3 DHA & EPA fatty acids, B Vitamins, and all essential amino acids – it really is good mood food! This fillet can be cooked in a variety of ways (see below for tips!), but is best when cooked at low temperature to preserve the micronutrients and create the perfect bite!

Serve in vegan sushi, risottos, pastries, or even simply with steamed potatoes and veggies – it works especially well with some fresh lemon. Use wherever you would use salmon – the possibilities are endless!

Storage & Cooking Instructions

Keep Refrigerated.
Oven: Bake The Prime Cut with top and bottom heat or convection heat for 14-16 minutes at 200°C.
Pan: Heat the pan to medium-low temperature and add some oil to the pan. Fry each side for 3-4 minutes with the lid on until The Prime Cut turns golden/brown.
Air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 200°C and fry The Prime Cut for 8-10 min.
