Storage & Cooking Instructions

Keep Frozen below -18.

Pan Fry: (preferred cooking method)
Heat 5ml oil in a pan on a medium heat, carefully place in the pan and cook for 20-22minutes, Turn several times during cooking.
Oven: preheat oven to 200 – 220°c. Spread onto baking tray in a single layer, bake for 14-16 minutes turning halfway through cooking.
