Grill: From Frozen preheat the grill on high. Drizzle sausages in oil and place at the top of the grill for 6-8 minutes. Turn regularly.

Oven cook: From Frozen Preheat oven 200°C. Place sausages on a tray in the top of the oven for 25-27 minutes. Turn half through cooking.
