Water, pea protein, sunflower oil, sodium alginate (thickener), fava bean protein, natural flavourings, carrot, apple, hibiscus, beetroot, paprika and blackcurrant concentrate, sugars, spices and extracts, salt, vinegar and hydrolysed vegetable protein.

Storage & Cooking Instructions

Store in the freezer and defrost in the fridge overnight. Once defrosted, it can be stored unopened in the fridge for up to 20 days. Once opened, keep in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Even if you’re not a seasoned chef, preparing Shredded Nova-b*ef is a breeze.
Simple Cooking Steps:
• Heat up a bit of your favorite oil in a frying pan.
• Add the Shredded Nova-b*ef.
• Stir around until slightly browned.
You shouldn’t cook it longer than 3-4 minutes to achieve the best texture and juiciness!
