Just Wholefoods’ Tropical Jelly is a gelatine-free treat suitable for all the family! Incredibly easy to make, this sweet dessert will bring a sunny taste to many wobbly wonders.

And even better, this vegan jelly is made without palm oil, artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners – whoop!

Ingredients

Raw Cane Sugar, Gelling Agents (Carrageenan, Locust Bean Gum), Citric Acid, Natural Flavours (1.1%) (Pineapple, Orange, Lemon), Acidity Regulator (Potassium Citrate).

Storage & Cooking Instructions

Simply empty the sachet into a measuring jug and make up to 1 pint (568ml) with boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved and then pour into a bowl or mould. Leave to cool, then chill in the fridge until set.
