Just Wholefoods’ Raspberry Jelly is a gelatine-free treat suitable for all the family! Incredibly easy to make, this sweet dessert will bring fruity goodness to many wobbly wonders.

And even better, this vegan jelly is made without palm oil, artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners – woop!

Ingredients

Raw Cane Sugar, Gelling Agents (Carrageenan, Locust Bean Gum), Citric Acid, Natural Colour (Beetroot Red), Natural Raspberry Flavour (1.1%), Acidity Regulator (Potassium Citrate).

Storage & Cooking Instructions

Simply empty the sachet into a measuring jug and make up to 1 pint (568ml) with boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved and then pour into a bowl or mould. Leave to cool, then chill in the fridge until set.
