Back in 2018, Jack & Bry founder Bryony discovered that Jackfruit was the hero. While thinking about her fathers pizza box business, an idea for plant-based pepperoni was born. 

Today Jack & Bry's in house product development team create jackfruit pizza ingredients that are visually, deliciously and nutritionally better than conventional meat.
