When we started Beau’s we were clear that our ice cream would always be fully vegan, while also tasting just as good as the amazing gelato you find all over Italy.

While studying how to create authentic vegan gelato at the Gelato University in Bologna, we learnt how to develop rich, creamy gelato using a cashew base that avoids using a number of common allergenic ingredients – such as wheat, soy and, of course, dairy – that are often found in mainstream ice creams.

By keeping our ingredient lists simple and avoiding any pre-fabricated mixes, we can ensure that our signature flavours contain no soy or wheat. We also produce our gelato in a completely vegan factory, so there’s no danger of dairy or lactose contamination in our products.
