The Madras curry has become very popular within curry houses across the UK. The combination of toasted spices ground into a powder combined with Kashmiri red chillies and curry leaves, really delivers a heat and spice combination.

Storage & Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen for 4 mins on 800W, remove lid and stir the contents, replace lid and heat for a further 3 mins until piping hot. Leave to stand for 1 min before enjoying!

Oven Cook: Preheat oven. Remove the card sleeve and lid, place the tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue cooking. Oven cook from chilled. 190°C. Fan 170°C. Gas 5. 25 mins. From frozen. 190°C. Fan 170°C. Gas 5. 40 mins.
