This tender Shicken Balti is the closest curry to what most people in northern Indian state of Punjab would class as a traditional chicken curry.

The Shicken pieces are cooked in a rich tomato and onion based curry sauce in a large pan as we would in a traditional Punjabi house on a Saturday as a weekend treat. The Balti curry is layered with spices to create a real depth of flavour and taste explosion in your mouth with the first bite and then every bite there after.

Storage & Cooking Instructions

Frozen, store below -18.

Cook from frozen for 4 mins on 800W, remove lid and stir the contents, replace lid and heat for a further 3 mins until piping hot. Leave to stand for 1 min before enjoying!

Oven Cook: Preheat oven. Remove the card sleeve and lid, place the tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue cooking. Oven cook from chilled. 190°C. Fan 170°C. Gas 5. 25 mins. From frozen. 190°C. Fan 170°C. Gas 5. 40 mins.
