Thinly sliced potatoes layered in a creamy cashew sauce laced with vegan applewood cheese, rosemary and thyme all in a tender and flaky shortcrust pastry. Topped with a fragrant herb blend.

Store in freezer. Cooking: preheat oven to 180C/Gas mark 6 and heat pie for approx 35 minutes from frozen.
