Storage & Cooking Instructions
Keep frozen at -18ºC. Once defrosted, do not
refreeze, keep refrigerated at 0ºC to 4ºC and consume within 24 hours.
Cook the nuggets in a frying pan over medium heat with a tablespoon of oil for 4 minutes on each side. In a deep fryer, cook for 3 minutes and remove any
excess oil before eating. In the oven, preheat to 200°C and cook on a tray for 15 minutes.
For barbecues first defrost the Burgers, brush them with oil and grill them for 8 minutes, turning them over frequently.
