Storage & Cooking Instructions

Keep frozen at -18ºC. Once defrosted, do not
refreeze, keep refrigerated at 0ºC to 4ºC and consume within 24 hours.

Sauté your Chunks in a frying pan with a little oil for 8 minutes (5 minutes if you have defrosted the pieces beforehand) and enjoy them in your salads, wraps, pasta or any of your favourite dishes. In stews, cook them separately and add them as the last ingredient before serving.
