Storage & Cooking Instructions
Keep frozen at -18ºC. Once defrosted, do not
refreeze, keep refrigerated at 0ºC to 4ºC and consume within 24 hours.
Cook your Meatballs in a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil over medium heat for 9 minutes (5 minutes if you already defrosted) frequently turning them over.
