Ingredients

Water, pea protein 21,8%, extra virgin olive oil 4,5%, vegetable concentrate (beet, carrot, apple),
vegetable fibre, yeast extract, flavouring, stabiliser (methyl cellulose),salt, antioxidant (ascorbic acid),
spirit vinegar, iron and vitamin B12. May contain traces of soy.

Storage & Cooking Instructions

Keep frozen at -18ºC. Once defrosted, do not
refreeze, keep refrigerated at 0ºC to 4ºC and consume within 24 hours.

Cook the Burger in a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil over medium heat for 12 minutes (or 8 minutes if already defrosted) turning it over every 2 minutes.
For barbecues first defrost the Burgers, brush them with oil and grill them for 8 minutes, turning them over frequently.
